KYLE P. TATE
MANAGING PARTNER
Kyle Tate was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Kyle attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Kyle was a scholarship athlete while attending UCF where he won a National Championship for the Men's Waterski Team. Kyle's legal career began 30 years ago when he earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Kyle has established law practices in Arkansas, Florida, and North Carolina, and continues to litigate cases with an emphasis on complex civil matters. Additionally, Kyle believes that a healthy lifestyle is essential to provide the energy and productivity required to be a focused legal strategist, and thus has continued his competitive water skiing, which includes a Senior World Championship Slalom Title. Kyle also enjoys boating and skiing with his wife, Brenda (also a World Champion), and taking trail walks with his rescue dog, Gemma.
LAWRENCE H. COLLINS
PARTNER
A Florida native, Lawrence Collins was raised in Ocala and attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree and for law school. He came to Orlando in 1996 to work as a prosecutor with the 9th Judicial Circuit, where he gained extensive litigation experience. He worked as a prosecutor for over 10 years and as a Senior Assistant Statewide Prosecutor in the Orlando Bureau. Lawrence has tried hundreds of cases, including complex "white-collar" cases involving securities fraud, racketeering, and continues to litigate complex criminal and civil matters. In his spare time, Lawrence, a cat lover, enjoys acting, performing comedy improv shows, and gaming.
JESSICA L. RATCLIFFE

Jessica Ratcliffe was born and raised outside of Savannah, Georgia. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University. She graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa Law School, where she was recognized for her clinical work with clients. Prior to becoming an attorney Jessica traveled throughout the United States working with national law firms in the niche practice of eminent domain. Jessica has experience in criminal law as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. She currently resides in Hot Springs, Arkansas where she enjoys hiking with her husband and five dogs.
